Stacy Critzer, Human Resources Director, is responsible for leading Avalere's human resources function. She has proven experience as a proactive business partner to senior executives and leaders in guiding the growth and development of organizations.
Prior to joining Avalere, Stacy was the Director of Human Resources at AOL, Inc. In this role, she was the HR leader partnering with leaders on various organizational initiatives for one of the largest strategy areas in the organization. Stacy's diverse background in HR leadership includes for profit, non-profit, academic, online digital media, traditional print media and technology industries specializing in providing strategic vision and counsel as well as driving best practices in the areas of Talent Management and Acquisition and Organizational Development in high performance organizations.
Stacy earned a B.S. in Business Management from The Johns Hopkins University and holds her PHR certification in Human Resources.
