Paul Hadden

Paul J. Hadden is a Vice President of Cowen Healthcare Royalty Partners (“Cowen Royalty”). Cowen Royalty is a leading global healthcare private equity firm with over $800 million in capital under management. The Firm invests principally in commercial stage healthcare companies and products through the purchase of traditional passive royalties, the creation of Synthetic Royalties®, and structured debt and equity instruments. Prior to joining Cowen Royalty, Mr. Hadden was a principal at The Frankel Group LLC, a boutique healthcare management consulting firm based in New York where he advised biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. Prior to that, Mr. Hadden worked at New York-Presbyterian Hospital as a senior financial analyst providing financial planning support to the program development and clinical services division. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Suneva Medical, Inc., a Fund I portfolio company. Mr. Hadden holds an A.B. from Yale College and an M.P.H. from the Yale School of Public Health.
