Lisa Murphy
Manager,
Avalere Health

Lisa Murphy conducts research and analysis on legislative and regulatory changes to the healthcare system, with particular emphasis on the Medicare prescription drug benefit. Prior to joining Avalere, Murphy was a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, providing strategic planning, process engineering, and organizational design services to federal government clients. She also served as a Jacob K. Javits Policy Fellow in the office of U.S. Senator Jean Carnahan, where she was responsible for advising the Senator on health and human services issues. Murphy graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Richmond and received an M.P.P. from Duke University.
