Client discount will be applied by entering the code "client" when prompted during registration.

Group discount of $100 will be deducted from each registration, when registering four (4) or more registrants on the same payment.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing via conferences@avalerehealth.net by February 23, 2009. Refunds will be processed after the conference less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after February 23, 2008, or for no-shows. Avalere Health reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the conference, in which case, registration fees are fully refundable. Avalere is not responsible for any cancellation or change fees assessed by airlines, hotels, or travel agents.

Substitutions:
