Sarah D. Barber

Sarah received her B.A. from Bates College and her J.D. cum laude from Case Western Reserve University. Following a federal clerkship at the U.S. District Court in Baltimore, MD, she was a staff attorney at the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of the General Counsel (OGC) within the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. During her tenure at OGC, she specialized in Medicare and worked in the program integrity division. She is now employed at the American Cancer Society as a senior policy analyst, a position she has held since June of 2005.
