Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing via conferences@avalerehealth.net by December 4, 2008. Refunds will be processed after the conference less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after December 4, 2008, or for no-shows. Avalere Health reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the conference, in which case, registration fees are fully refundable. Avalere is not responsible for any cancellation or change fees assessed by airlines, hotels, or travel agents.
Substitutions:
If you are unable to attend the conference, please note that your registration is transferable. You may register a substitute via RegOnline by accessing your original registration and following the system prompts: Questions? Please email conferences@avalerehealth.net.
