The Avalere Health logo was inspired by the migration of birds who travel long distances in a V formation. Giving each bird a clear vision toward its destination, the formation also allows the flock to benefit from the wake created by their synchronized wing beats. Pushing through the headwinds, the lead bird takes the brunt of the effort for a time and then drops back to let another bird assume the lead.

Migrating birds demonstrate a powerful model of constant collaboration, and communication. Together, they fly longer, faster, and farther.

This special concept of leadership and teamwork represents our core values and goal-oriented approach to strategy and client service. We’re all at times in lead and supportive roles internally and with our customers. The leader at any given time is not necessarily the oldest or wisest, but the person driving the team forward with focus and purpose.
