Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing via conferences@avalerehealth.net by April 24, 2009. Refunds will be processed after the conference less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after April 24, 2009, or for no-shows. Avalere Health reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the conference, in which case, registration fees are fully refundable. Avalere is not responsible for any cancellation or change fees assessed by airlines, hotels, or travel agents
Substitutions:
